Victor Ciuperca – Management Consultant, Real Estate Projects Developer, Speaker
Victor Ciuperca is a management consultant with over 15 years experience, in areas such as Eeal Estate, agriculture, viticulture, start-up investment. He is a law graduate with technical specializations in the field of computers network. Although a technical scientist, working at the National Institute for Research and Development in Informatics between in 1995-1998 , and subsequently until 2004, as Technical Manager of the National Register of ROTLD, one of his great passions is related to wines, which combined with the managerial spirit brought him a new challenge in 2010, when he became General Manager of the Liliac Winery. The Wines road has led him to the heights of creativity, so now he is the Vice President of the APEV – Association of Wine Producers and Exporters, where he aims to put Romania on the map of the big wine producing countries.
At YMC 2019, he will take us into a carousel of feelings with an unconventional presentation and entertaining in the same time, which center the every core of contemporary management and his speech will be about “The new challenges of leadership”.
